Our reusable insulin pen is compatible with standard 3ml (300 unit) insulin cartridges — the most widely available format used by major insulin brands. If you're currently using a prefilled disposable pen, chances are you can switch to the same insulin in cartridge form. The pen features a clearly marked dosing dial that lets you set your exact unit dose with a simple twist. The dose window shows your selected amount so you can double-check before injecting. While the glass itself is durable and non-reactive, we recommend treating each vial as single-use once opened. Re-sterilizing and resealing a vial at home carries contamination risks that aren't worth taking — particularly when working with sensitive peptide compounds. The cost of a fresh, sterile vial is far less than the cost of a compromised batch.
